Eight practices, one engagement model.

Each practice has its own page setting out scope, deliverables, method and the boundaries of the engagement.

02Method

How an engagement is contracted and invoiced

The same sequence across all eight practices. What is agreed in writing is what is executed and invoiced.

1

Initial conversation

Objective, constraints, and whether we are the right counterpart. No cost.

2

Proposal & SOW

Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees in writing.

3

Signed agreement

The agreement governs the engagement and prevails over general site policy.

4

Milestone execution

Phase deliverables, with formal review before proceeding.

5

Milestone invoicing

Invoiced against delivered and accepted milestones.

03Frequently asked

Before engaging

How are fees determined?+
By scope, not by hours. The proposal sets an amount per delivered milestone; if scope changes, an addendum is issued before any additional work is performed.
Do you work on projects outside the United States?+
Yes. Cross-border coordination is one of the firm’s core practices, with work across Europe, the Middle East and Hispanic America. Any local legal or tax opinion is issued by a professional licensed in that jurisdiction.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?+
Yes, before receiving sensitive documentation. We can work from your NDA template or propose one.
What do you need for the first conversation?+
Only the objective and the real constraints: timelines, jurisdictions involved and who decides. Do not send banking or identity information or credentials by form or email.
